The scrolling is really dump in KDE. Sometimes it is fast, sometimes it is slow - depending on the height of lines. In applications like Gwenview or dialog for adding plasmoids I can't use mouse wheel at all because I am never sure whether I have scrolled more than one page or not.

However smooth scrolling like in Konqueror would solve this problem. Is it possible to turn it generally in KDE on?
