Sorry for absence of knowledge about name of this window. I mean window that appears on Alt+F2 (by default).
I like this window's located on center of the screen. But now, in KDE 4.4 it is located on the top. I do not like to look on the top of screen. Is there any way to configure this window's location?

Sure. Bring it up, hit the wrench on the left-hand side of the window. Click the "User Interface" tab, and select "Free floating window". Hit okay and you're done.

"User interface" tab is named by while text on light-grey background. So, I have not noticed it. Thanks.
