Hi,

I have an intermittent problem when restoring from hibernate. The app toolbar (apologies if used the incorrect name) at the base of the desktop becomes extremely unresponsive. The same goes for the kickoff application launcher icon. It does respond eventually, but after a delay of around 15 seconds or so.

Interestingly, alt tab remains lightening fast and individual running apps seem to be unaffected.

Any info on how resolve or debug this issue greatly appreciated.
