Can you please verify that running /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/lnusertemp manually encounters no issues?
Make sure your user can write to ~/.kde4, /var/tmp and /tmp

THE MESSAGE CALL TO LNUSERTEMP NOT APPEARS ANYMORE...
Instead, when i try log, it fails and back to the login screen again.. i dont have the ~/.kde4 folder, just ~/.kde, and i can write on /.kde, /tmp and /var/tmp. the commando gimme this exit: /usr/lib/kde4/libexec/lnusertemp Usage: lnusertemp tmp|socket|cache Im so frustrated with that! All peoples i search on google solved this problem easily...i try everything and i cant solve. Have Some more clues about how to solve this issue?

It appears that your users symlink has been set to the symlinks for root.
To correct this, with no KDE users logged in, and as root:

This worked for me, thanks man..
This ate my time a lot... if you do this through recovery mode, don't forget to make it writable. # mount -o rw,remount / |
