Hi,

since I upgraded to 4.4.1 I cannot search through files' contents anymore using the "classic" search interface ("kfind" or Ctrl+F in Dolphin).

Searching for file name works as it used to but when searching for "files containing ..." it always shows an empty list.

Can someone please try this and report if it works for you? If it doesn't I will report this as a BUG.

Thanks!

By "classic" search interface, do you mean kfind (this is what opens when I press Ctrl+F in Dolphin)? If yes, then it is working fine for me. Just did a search for a file's content and it found that file.

Yes, I mean kfind.

Are you using KDE 4.4.1 as well?

Yes, using 4.4.1 (on Kubuntu 9.10).
