Summary: The .desktop file was using an incorrect mimetype.

The /usr/share/kservices5/comicbookthumbnail.desktop should have the 'application/vnd.comicbook-rar' as mimetype. The kio-extras 18.04 has 'application/vnd.comicbook+rar'.

Open the /usr/share/kservices5/comicbookthumbnail.desktop with a text editor and change the '+' to '-'. Or upgrade the KDE Applications to 18.12 or later...
