Hidden Menu Bar by Default?

I would like to know how can i by default hide the menu bar of all KDE4/qt apps?
so i f wan to access the menu bar ,then i just press the ctr+m!

No, lots of applications do not support hiding menu bars. There was some discussion on this, but I don't know what ultimately came of it.

One of the reasons for using KDE4 is that is highly customizable. I wish that this feature would be come true
