Taskbar is configured autohide. So sometimes mouse contact taskbar. At that time, if I scroll mouse wheel, windows will be minimized or will be changed to another. This is inconvenient to me. So I want to disable scroll wheel on taskbar. How do I this?

As far as I am aware it is not possible to disable that feature at this point in time. You may wish to file a feature request at bugs.kde.org, or file an idea in the Brainstorm.

Has there been filed any bug or feature request?
Scrolling through the tasks is really annoying and I'm looking for solution too |

I would suggest using the inbuilt search function of bugs.kde.org to answer this.
