Hello Sir,

We are using khtml lib to generate web page thumbnail.

We are using 64bit server with
Linux our_domain.com 2.6.18-164.10.1.el5 #1 SMP Thu Jan 7 19:54:26 EST 2010 x86_64 x86_64 x86_64 GNU/Linux

KDE version is 3.5.4.

When we are trying to generate it we are getting following errors:

DCOP aborting while waiting for answer from 'kded'
DCOPServer::DCOPReplyDelayed for unknown connection.
Sir, if you have any idea abt it please help us.

Please make sure that your web server is able to run "dcopserver" and "kded" if you wish to run this from the webserver user.

Your webserver user will also require write access to /tmp and /var/tmp as well as a writable home directory.
