In KDE 3.5 the K-Menu and Desktop icons in the panel were appropriately sized for the width of the panel (I use a right-aligned vertical panel). Now they are very small -- they appear to have a maximum size. In fact, as I increase the panel size I can see them grow, then suddenly shrink again.
My launcher icons are larger since I can control their size, but I can't adjust the size of the other icons. Is there a way to increase the size of the kmenu and desktop icons? |

The limit of panel icons is hard coded in KDE 4.4. This has been changed in KDE 4.5 to be controlled by a panel icon size setting in System Settings > Application Appearance > Icons.

In KDE 4.5, will there be a way to fix the width of menu icons, as I want to use one of the longer icons here: http://kde-look.org/content/show.php/KM ... tent=69228 but it gets all squashed up and resized. Thanks. |

As far as I am aware, the limit has not been changed at this point in time.
