Suppose I have multiple virtual desktops and I have a Dolphin window set to show on all desktops. Suppose Dolphin is not actively focused on either desktop. If it becomes actively focused on one, it becomes actively focused on all. I find that utterly bizarre behavior. The "focus order" (which gets invoked when you alt-tab) of each desktop should be independent of the others even for windows that are shown on all desktops.

Any way to get this sort of behavior?
