Hi, I'd like to thank Klipper developers for such a convenient tool!. I use it's "Actions" in my everydays work and I'm very excited about it.

I have one question however: when I copy any URL and then click Actions shortcut (Ctrl+Alt+R), I get "Actions for HTML document" dialog with whole load of apps. There are thee notes about this menu:
- I never defined these actions;
- They're not in my ~/.kde/share/config/klipperrc);
- I can't change these actions via Clicpper's "Options" interface.

Can yo tell me where these actions are from? How can I alter actions for "HTML document"? And, finally, can I alter them without root access (i.e., under user)?
