Hi there,
its a simple task i want to achieve but found now way to do it so far. I have a window (quassel) that sits on my second monitor and should be always visible. Even when i drag an other window to that screen and maximize the other window. But, i don't want the other window get hidden behind quassel either. So i cannot make quassel "stay on top" cause then the other window is not visible completely. The feature i'm looking for is something like: "dont allow other windows to use the screen region i'm visible on" ![]() Any ideas how i can achieve this? thx

Have you tried the tiling window manager?

Yes i did but i only want this one application to act like described. I don't see how the tiling function can help me with that.
