I am suing KDE 4.5.1. I installed gnome-do and solved many other problems in using gnome-do in KDE environment. But I cannot figure out how to fix this problem. As shown in this video. Gnome-do popup appear below other windows. Thank you.

This is probably the result of KWin's Focus Stealing Prevention support. Try changing the level it runs at in System Settings > Window Behaviour.

I changed the option "Focus stealing prevention level" from Low to None under System Setting > Workspace Appearance and Behavior > Window Behavior > Window Behavior > Focus tab. Thank you for helps.
