I hope to not make angry someone if I open another post about this, but I had not found any solution to my problem.
I've just read this reach topic and I look for the solution suggested. I tryed them but they seems to donn't work.

Exactly, I did this

killall klauncher
rm -f /tmp/ksocket-$USER/klauncher*.slave-socket
kdeinit4 &

The difference from the other user is that on my pc, after having done theese steps I cannot open folder with dolphin too.

The problem come out after a full system upgrade..

Does it work under a new user?
Your installation may be damaged.
