I am using KDE 4.5.2
I saw this title bar decoration (the link is below) in System Setting > Window Decorations. But I could not find it anymore. http://mdic.gnufolks.org/ Is this decoration taken out? Thank you. |

Everything but the stripes is Oxygen. I do remember the stripes in earlier releases but don't know what happened to them (I assume they were an option in Oxygen)- it could be the stripes disappeared as an option when the way window decorations were configured changed.

That's the old Oxygen window decorator. The stripes were added because people complained that it was hard to distinguish the active window. In newer versions it's been replaced with the "Outline active window title" option (which I personally think looks better) and the look of the buttons has changed.
If you want the old look, you can try Nitrogen - it might have an option to use the old buttons, although I'm not sure since I haven't used it in a while.

Failing everything else, you can install OpenSUSE 11.2 in a VM, as it uses a slightly modified version of this theme (adding the SUSE lizard to the title bar). You could grab the theme files and use an image editor to remove the lizard if you like.
