Fri Dec 17, 2010 10:19 pm
Hi everybody,
I'm using kubuntu 10.10 (kde 4.5), and i just don't understand what i've to do to:

1)use multiple virtual desktop with separate application, I mean:

This is my desktop. I'm working on it

When I switch to another virtual desktop I see in the desktop the application of the previous one. Clicking on it return to the desktop where they really are.

I don't want to see the application in any other desktop except the one in will they are running.

How can I do that?

Thank you in advanced

Right-click on the taskbar somewhere where there's no indicator of a running app, select task-manager settings, and check "Only show tasks from the current desktop".
