Can filtering using Greek characters be flexible?

Searching and filtering in Greek characters in kde (plasma, plug-ins) is not flexible. For example, when typing "ί", words containing letter "ι" are not displayed. This can create problems, because this can alter depending on the word being in singular or in plural. If the user starts typing to search for a "notes" plasmoid, the "Leave a note" plasmoid will not appear, and if he/her starts typing to search for "note" the "notes" plasmoid will disappear.

Does this appear to other languages?

Is this a problem of kde/qt?
Did my localization team forgot to provide a list of similar letters;

Thanks in advance

The note/notes search issue is likely a bug in the search algorithm used by Plasma to filter the list of applets available. Please file a bug report at bugs.kde.org.

The note/notes is a translated example, the word are in greek (Σημείωση/Σημειώσεις)

The same aplyes to other parts of the gui, for example, kwin effects filtering.

I'll file a bug report anyway.
