Hello everyone!

This is my first post in this forum, so hello at all :).

I just upgraded my Kubuntu 10.10 to KDE 4.6. The update completed without any problems. But now my transparent window decoration isnt blurred anymore. I use the standard theme and just made the window decoations transparent. In 4.5.5 they where blurred too.

Is that a bug or is that intended to be like this?

Thank you :)

Please ensure the appropriate effects are enabled in System Settings > Desktop Effects.

Huhu!

Just created a new user, installed latest updates and rebooted. Tested with my current user and the new one, still no blur on the window decorations :(

Open System Settings > Workspace Appearance > Window Decorations. Select your style, and select "Configure Decoration". Ensure no Blur or Window Glow settings have been disabled there.

Same here. The blur works on the panel, but not on the window decorations.
