No plasma tooltips...

I got no longer plasma-desktop tooltips like on desktop-files or system tray or even taskbar
 this is since i upgrade to kde 4.6 no more comments... Thank you 
to use Kde is just a pleasure...

And with and without them there is no tooltips... but never mind now i can't boot to linux any more... and i'm not goin to fix it until i but new vedeo card (that means not soon)
for now i will leave linux or maybe will try kde 4.6 on windows
to use Kde is just a pleasure...
