I am new to Linux using Ubuntu with Gnome before and just turned to Fedora 14 with KDE4.5.2.KDE is much prettier than Gnome,But I found an annoying problem:when using dolpin,after typed in file name that exactly available in the folder,I got nothing.It's quite inconvenient when too many files in a folder.Can somebody help me get dolpin's searching working ?

I've looked up the forum and got one thread concerning the same problem but there is no solution in it,so I start a new thread.

Dolphin's searching has been much improved in KDE 4.6. In KDE 4.5, searching is dependent upon having the folder indexed by Nepomuk
