Why cant Kpackagekit remember root's pwd?

I've tick remember pwd,but everytime I run Kpackagekit it ask me to type in pwd.How to fix it?

Because the "remember password" functionality is time limited (don't know exact limit but it is not hours, think it's more like 10 minutes(?)). Not sure it can be "fixed", but as it was designed this way for security purposes it is not broken.

You can change the policies for whether you need a password in system/personal settings->action policies->org.freedesktop->The Packagekit Project. Note that this is a security vulnerability since anyone who gets on your account will be able to do whatever you allow here.
