OS: Ubuntu Linux Hello everyone, I have missing icons on my system that were previously there with ubuntu LTS 10.04. Having compared with fellow users, they do not seem to be experiencing this issue. when downloading manually the oxygen-icons-theme package and installing i get this error: (Reading database ... WARNING: icon cache generation failed This bug is a very big annoyance in my opinion.. can anyone help solve this? Reproducible: Always Steps to Reproduce: It's there from fresh install... Are you using KDE or GNOME? In either case, does the file /usr/share/icons/oxygen/index.theme exist?
