Can you please verify that Nepomuk (not Strigi) is enabled in System Settings > Desktop Search?
Also, it may help to pastebin the content of ~/.local/share/akonadi/akonadiserver.error

I have the same problem (and i'm not the only one: https://bbs.archlinux.org/viewtopic.php?id=114574)
Here are the relevant parts of my log:
The missing tests are not pasted because where successful or skipped as optional. ps: I have, and always had, nepomuk active (and strigi) |

I got the same (or similar) problem.
Using the export line from Bug 267683, i got rid of the duplicate errors but this remains (mysql.err).
EDIT: Okay, after stopping akonadi, deleting the akonadi folder in $HOME/.local/share, the errors are gone. |

I just rebooted and got this:
Looks to me like somewhere the akonadi server gets started twice? akonadiserver.error.old
akonadi_control.error

As a blanket fix for MySQL related issues with KDE 4.6 and later, try removing ~/.local/share/akonadi outside KDE.

Perhaps https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=267683#c9 can help you.

These Akonadi errors are in most cases due to older configurations having inconsistencies which cause Akonadi to fail to start (primarily in the MySQL database). Hence why removing the databases it uses fixes most of these issues.
