after recent updates I've got errors running akonadi. It doesn't autostart and when I run kmail it tries to start, complains some errors and closes kmail. When I launch kmail for the second time it starts and runs ok.
How to clear all akonadi configs of just all kde4 configs?

I got the same (or similar) problem.

Using the export line from Bug 267683, i got rid of the duplicate errors but this remains (mysql.err).

Please vote for this bug -> #238217.

As a blanket fix for MySQL related issues with KDE 4.6 and later, try removing ~/.local/share/akonadi outside KDE.

These Akonadi errors are in most cases due to older configurations having inconsistencies which cause Akonadi to fail to start (primarily in the MySQL database). Hence why removing the databases it uses fixes most of these issues.
