Some of the KDE menus look strange on Fedora 15 Beta, as shown in this screen shot:

I'm running on a ThinkPad T420, Intel HD 3000 Grapics (i915).

Any suggestions how to fix this will be appreciated.

(BTW, I'm a refugee from GNOME 3.)

couple things to try:
-change desktop theme (what are you currently using?)
-turn off desktop effects

does this happen with all plasmoid (widget) menus? or only those on the panel? if only on the panel, on all the panel?

could be a graphics card/driver issue - are you using the correct/latest intel driver?

I built and installed the latest drivers from Intel's web site (intellinuxgrapics.org) and it solve the problem.
