Hello,

after upgrading my KDE with Mageia 1 to 4.6.3, drag and drop doesn't work as before on KDE 4.4.5 (and 4.5.5 AFAICR.) I used to select some files in dolphin, which runs maximized, drag them to the window list on for example VLC, then VLC pops up and i drop them directly in the playlist or on the playlist icon.

With 4.6, when i drag some files to VLC in the window list, nothing happens. This is a regression for me. Seems this is due to some change, which allows to drop arbitrary files to the task bar to create "launchers".

Can anybody reproduce this?
