Why did opera go to lost and found

Wed Aug 03, 2011 1:55 pm
I added (by dragging) Opera to a quick launch widget in my panel. Then I modified the command to add -newwindow on the end.

Now my icon disappears and is replaced with what I assume is the place holder when no icon is found. Also the menu item for opera is now placed in Lost and Found. What gives?

did you modify the command in the Kmenu editor or in the Opera launcher in the quick launch widget?

I right clicked on the opera launcher and did "Edit Launcher"

strange because it works fine for me, what distro and version of kde?

Image note: I'm using Opera-next which should not make a difference

I'm using Fedora 15. KDE 4.6.5.

So what is the purpose of "lost and found"? In the menu?
