Hi. I buy SSD disk (~275 Mb/s; 50k iops) and I so angry slow KDE initialization. 8-9 seconds! And this w/o akonadi-nepomuk! What hardware I should use for 2-3 seconds login?

Software:
Ubuntu 11.04, x64. 'Nvidia' non-OSS driver.

I would suggest using software such as Bootchart here. It may be that the startup process is waiting on Network, as you have network dependent applets on your desktop.
