Hello!
I am using 8 desktops on my KDE linux box, and my taskbar/kicker used to be on all desktops, without auto-hiding. Last week, I changed the auto-hid setting, so that it does auto-hid. Since then, I've changed it back, and somehow in this process, it has changed so that the taskbar/kicker only appears one of of the 8 desktops. Any advice on how to get the kicker to always be visible on all desktops would be greatly appreciated! Cheers, Mark |

Could you post a screenshot and your KDE version please? In the 4 series it's simple called "panel" - "Kicker" was the name for the panel application in KDE3.

I was interested in seeing if it was KDE3 or 4, and in the latter case, if you had a panel or if the taskbar widget was put on the desktop.
Unfortunately I'm not sure how to fix your issue than to reset your configuration (of Kicker). Do you use the default window manager in KDE, i.e., KWin?
