[Solved] Centering the Time over the Date in the Panel

How do you do that? Linux Mint had it centered.

So the problem was if you switch the time format to pH instead of PH (i.e. 1:30 pm instead of 01:30 pm), the time not having an extra numeral in front of it for the hours between 1-9, the whole time shifts more to the left until the hour reaches 10-12.

So I just switched the format back to PH.
