Hi,
I compiled KDE from sources last week. It's not the first time I did that but this time something weird happens. KDE changes my locale setting from UTF-8 to POSIX. On the terminal typing "locale" still shows UTF-8 but inside of KDE (in Konsole for example) it shows POSIX. Digikam says, the locale is ISO-8859-1. In every (KDE) application, all the special characters are missing or broken. Does anyone have any idea what could cause this? Regards |
