I was trying to find the way to change color depth but I wasn't able to do it.
Firstly, I thought of looking at xorg.conf but I don't have xorg.conf, so, is there another way to change it?

AFAIK this depends on your hardware because, as far as possible, KDE uses SVG. So you can improve the colour depth by choosing a graphics card that uses more bits to create the screen display from the SVG.

I believe the way to do it is to create a file in /etc/X11/xorg.conf.d/ that looks like this:

    Identifier "Screen 1"
    DefaultDepth 16

This worked on my laptop. Not sure if it would work for multiple monitors though. Also I think the file has to be be named [something].conf, e.g. default-depth.conf.

Edit: BTW, it is impossible to change Xorg's color depth on the fly - due to Xorg's design, you must restart the X server.

I'll try it, but now I have another question, if I don't know what color depth is, how can I know it if I don't have a xorg.conf file????

If it isn't in your hardware specification, open a console and enter hwinfo --gfxcard

If it isn't in this output, Google your card and see if you can find the information.
