I've tried to google a working list of KDE shortcuts because I like to work as a power keyboard user. A few I've learned from looking at keyboard shortcuts and desktop effects but I think there are still quite a few that I'm sure exist but aren't listed anywhere, e.g. moving a window to X workspace.

You may wish to consult System Settings > Shortcuts & Gestures. "Standard Keyboard Shortcuts" will be universally applied across all KDE applications which support the action in question.
"Global Keyboard Shortcuts" will always be invokable as long as the application is running. Further information on application specific shortcuts is available from Settings > Configure Shortcuts in all KDE applications.

I checked this menu out but the shortcuts listed don't seem to include every shortcut available to KDE users, e.g. ctrl + f9 for windows. I've included a screenshot just to double check to see if there is any discrepancy between my keyboard shortcuts and gestures menu and anybody else's. http://www.flickr.com/photos/scarfr/676 ... otostream/

Go to 'Global keyboard shortcuts'. The window related stuff like C+F9 are in KWin section.

An application that lists all assigned KDE shortcuts would be pretty nice, I've also had similar thoughts in the past. If that's what you want I would suggest to post it as an idea in Brainstorm.

I believe that there is a file somewhere where we have all shortcuts. Which file is that?
