When I make my taskbar shorter (with soft bounds) - it does not refreshing properly when its size changing.
Reproduce:
1) Make taskbar short using soft bounds


2) Open and Close some windows - see problem



This problem persist not only for taskbar button but for widgets from the right. Very annoying! How to solve it?
