Plasma's dashboard - clicking on hide dashbord doesn't exit

My system has a red cross beside "Widget Dashboard" at the top-center of my screen. This, as well as the escape key both work perfectly. KDE Sysadmin [img]content/bcooksley_sig.png[/img]

It is strange because on one account it works on the other it doesn't. Clicking on the red icon with cross doesn't work. Are there any config files for dashboard that I can delete?
