Hi!

This is my desktop:

How can I add that translucid square where we add the icons?

Which translucent square are you referring to?

Perhaps:
right click on desktop → Add widgets
"Folder view" or "Quicklaunch"

I know you can't post screenshot of what you mean, because you don't know what put in search engine query. But if you explain what do you want to use it for (what icons should there be?), then maybe someone will come with right plasmoid name.

Hi bcooksley and Minio :)

I have found the answer to my question on another website, but I had forgot to come back here and say that everything is fine now. This is what I was trying to describe:

Now I know that the correct name is "folder view".

Thank you for the help!

I really love Kde!
