For me, Folderview-widget does not show files linked to an activity. I am using Kubuntu quantal with KDE4.9.0.
Does anybody have tried this new feature already and have some experiences?

do you see the activities entry in the right-click pop-up menu for files and folders in both Dolphin and FolderView?

I see the link and unlink options in dolphin. I can link files to an activity there, I see them in dolphin using activities:/current/ but I see nothing in folderview.

what version of the folderview plasmoid are you running? I only see 4.4.8.x in the Kubunt repos

if I select a normal folder, I can see all files within that folder. However, I do not see files, that are related to a specific activity (option: "show files related to the current activity") although they are shown in dolphin.
I am using folderview version 4.9.0-0ubuntu2 (quantal)

I did a test (as I don't normally use activities) and linked 3 files and 1 folder to my current activity BUT in the folderview only 2 of the files show, in the kio activities:/current/ all the linked files and folder show

might be this bug https://bugs.kde.org/show_bug.cgi?id=302331, you should vote for it

yeah it is my own bug and I even have not voted for it yet
