I really like Windows "Win+T" keyboard shortcut which allows you to access the taskbar and move about via arrow keys. Does the Plasma Taskbar have a similar keyboard shortcut. I know you can cuztomize a keyboard shortcut by right clicking the taskbar but I can't seem to move around like with "Win+T" in Windows

At this time it seems that the task manager does not support keyboard shortcuts or navigation. I would recommend filing a bug at bugs.kde.org regarding this.
