Display and monitor widget

Fri Sep 28, 2012 8:48 am
Hi all,

It's my first post here, i'm not sure i'm in the right section :-/
So, my question is simple, i often have to use external display with my laptop and I want to know if there is a kind of widget that could manage display profile and you can use to switch one profile to another. This widget could be accessing throught pannel and/or desktop.

It could also be a simple shortcut to the display/monitor window directly.

Is there such a thing in the KDE project ?

thanks in advance for the reply ;-)

We didn't have anything to remember profiles before. Had to specify resolutions, etc. everytime the monitor was connected. But, do see this highly relevant blogpost from planetkde today. It's coming. :)
