An application has crashed now or in the past

I get this message at login.
How can I find what is causing it?

KDE 4.9.2
Ubuntu 12.04

I doubt this has anything to do with KDE, as this is not the crash report generated by KDE apps. As you're using ubuntu (at least from what you set in your profile) I would wager this is "apport"' (Ubuntu's crash reporting tool). You should likely enquire on the Ubuntu forums for more details.
