Digital clock widget which is budled in the default panel has shown strange behavior (from kde 4.9.3 to 4.9.4) in kubuntu 12.04 intel system. "Clock default to" in "Time Zones" of "Digital Clock Settings" became "UTC" rather than "Local". I had to do some digging to get it back to "local" and in the meantime this widge twas effectively unusable for me. It is one of the "papercut" type of problem. Might be a packagin issue as well.

Unfortunately I haven't been able to reproduce on my system. Perhaps it was a configuration migration issue - does adding a new Digital Clock applet cause this issue to reappear?
