I'm having issues with a theme not properly filling the background of the unlock screen. According to this page the background.svg appears to have all the proper elements, but for some reason it's not filling the background properly.

Have you compared the list of elements your file ships with the themes shipped as part of KDE 4.10 in case an element was mistakenly forgotten in the list?
