I'd like to set a different wallpaper for each of my virtual desktops. I was able to do this in KDE 3.x but I can't figure out how to in the new KDE. I'm running KDE 4.10.2 on Fedora 18. I haven't seen any options under "Desktop Effects", Pager configuration, etc. The "Default Desktop Settings" only have the option to assign the same wallpaper to all desktops.

Is it possible to have different wallpapers for different desktops in KDE 4?

not positive but try systemsettings -> workspace behavior -> virtual desktops -> different widgets for each desktop
