Notification bubbles (if that's the correct term)

Howdy. New to KDE after years of using GNU, and really liking what I see so far. I've been trying a few different distros and have settled on Mint with KDE 4.10.5.

I'd like to get rid of the notification bubbles that pop up when you mouse over things. See the pics below, the ones that say "Kickoff Application Launcher" and "Toolbox". At first the reminder is nice, but after a month of using this I've pretty much figured out what those items are. I've looked in various settings and searched the interwebs, but haven't figured it out.

Any tips?

Haha wow, I didn't know you could do that -- very useful ;)

I'm working on the KDevelop IDE.
