I figured out, that it's problem only with certain widgets, for example 2 kind of clocks...

which clocks?

yep, default panel causes the problem (maybe because it contains clocks),

I tried analog and binary clock, both crashes.

run the following commands separately then for each post the output if any, this will open the clocks in a window and should show errors

analog clock
Code: Select all
plasma-windowed clock

binary clock
Code: Select all
plasma-windowed binaryclock

Hmm... something strange happened, kate doesnt work for me.
"A KDE text-editor component could not be found.
Please check your KDE installation."

But I used it earlier...

Ok, I reinstalled system and it works perfectly. So it was indeed broken installation.

In this case it was likely an incomplete update - to Akonadi or PIM related libraries.
