Hello,

I've written a plasmoid that shows the download statistics of a sourceforge project. I'm trying to add a dutch translation to the project but with no success. I have my po and mo files but I don't know were to put them and how to name them. I've tried the following:
Code: Select all
contents
 +-> locale
       +-> nl
            +-> LC_MESSAGES
                 +-> sf-stats.mo

I've also tried renaming the file to "plasma_applet_sf-stats.mo" but neither seem to work. Other plasmoids seem to use the formatting as shown in the example. But with these plasmoids I don't get a translation either. Is there something wrong with my system configuration or with the plasmoid configuration?

I've done some browsing in the ".kde" directory and found out that the directory "".kde/share/locale" is empty. The "*.mo" files of my plasmoid are located at ".kde/share/apps/plasma/plasmoids/sf-stats/contents/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGES" instead of ".kde/share/locale/nl/LC_MESSAGES", however copying them has no effect.

I've got it to work by logging out and in again.
