I'm using "Icon only launcher" which functionally is brilliant however I'm having a few issues with icons. I have a pretty monochrome icon pack.

For Google Chrome, I set an icon manually. It appears correctly in the KDE menu, but I can't change it at all in the launcher:



How can I use the same icon in the menu and the launcher?

Have you tried removing and re-adding the launcher? It may be using cached/old data.

That didn't work. However I did work it out, I added an icon for google-chrome to /home/tom/.kde/share/icons/[theme]/[size]/ and it fixed it.
