I have installed homerun-kicker 1.2.0 in opensuse 13.1 with kde 4.11.4. The problem I see is that the menu does not show the title of the full entries.

how I can adjust?

Have you tried dragging the top corner of the Homerun menu to increase it's size?

only allows vertical expansion, not horizontal

The width of the menus is currently based on a multiple of the UI font's M size, however it turns out some fonts have peculiar metrics and the resulting column width is too narrow to fit a decent amount of text. I'll likely end up tuning this behavior for the next version of Homerun Kicker.
