Hi everyone,
Once I installed Kubuntu 14.04 vanilla, I began having issues with the pager widget located in my bottom panel. Everytime I log in, I find the pager like in the first snapshot. Changing one of the widget settings (e.g. Display Text) takes the pager back to normal (second snapshot). Could you help me to permanently solve this annoying situation, please? Thanks, Antonio |

Which version of KDE do you have? Does changing (increasing or decreasing) the height of the panel cause it to lay itself out again?

Hi bcooksley,
thanks for answering. I'm using KDE 4.13 and you're right: the widget lays itself out again if I change the height of the panel. Does it help? |

If you change the height of your panel and then logout and back in again, does the issue persist?
I'm suspecting that a certain height/width combo is causing the initial failure to layout properly.

You're right, that's it. Any countermisure, other than change the height of the panel?

None that I can immediately think of - but you probably should file this as a bug at bugs.kde.org if you're using a new version of KDE (4.12 or newer).
