QML Plasmoids - What governs the colours used?

I use a custom theme (using qtcurve) which is essentially 'Green'.

Plasmoids written in QML don't fully respect this, particularly the outline colour used for active controls. For example, on this screen-shot of the Kicker Plasmoid.

What controls the colour (Blue) used for the active button and scroll bar?

Answering my own question... partly.

In the case of the scrollbar (and presumably the other components) the colour is set within the actual *.svgz files located at /usr/share/kde4/apps/desktoptheme/default/widgets

Please tell me I've got that wrong... Widget colours hard coded and not obeying a users colour theme.... jeez >:(
